Lorraine is a wonderful inspiration to take more exercise, and stave off reduced mobility, offering gentle weekly guidance (via Zoom at present) to correctly stretch and use my body to recover its flexibility and rebuild my strength to combat years of sitting in front of a screen all day. She is brilliant at motivating me to achieve more, and I am even contemplating walking the South Downs Way, a long held ambition of mine. Keep up the great work, Lorraine!

I have been attending Lorraine’s Pilates classes for 15 years or so. Lorraine is welcoming and friendly and always takes the time to give people alternative options if they find the exercise hard or have an injury. I have always very much enjoyed the classes and would thoroughly recommend Lorraine and her classes to anyone thinking of joining. During Lockdown I have been taking part in Lorraine's online Zoom Pilates and Legs, Bums and Tums class, these too have been very enjoyable.

I have been doing Pilates with Lorraine for many years now having previously had lower back problems. Her classes are friendly and small in numbers allowing individual attention if required. She is also happy to adapt exercises around any particular issues you may have.
The Zoom classes have allowed me to continue Pilates during lockdown as well doing Legs, bums and Tums which have also provided me with a routine during these difficult times.

I also feel confident in Lorraine's class to try various ways of the same exercise as she is very attentive and helpful making sure you are attempting then correctly. This is to thank you for your excellent class which has been extremely beneficial to me. As I explained to you yesterday, I broke my arm/shoulder ( right proximal humerus ) 04/12/12. My consultant warned me that movement would be restricted and that there probably wouldn't be any improvement after 18 months. Since starting your class, over a year ago, I am happy to say that there has been continuous improvement in my mobility, far more than I had expected.

This is to say how much you are appreciated as a teacher of aqua aerobics at the Steyning Leisure centre, where I attend your classes on Fridays. I have been coming to these classes for 6/7 years and through regular attendance keep myself fitter. Thank you for putting so much effort into the variety of exercises and pushing us hard! It makes an interesting change for me from the gym routine and I feel that it is a very beneficial class to do alongside my Gym circuit, some of the exercises are similar and therefore reinforce the training, which includes some work with the personal trainers doing Viper weights. Thank you Lorraine! I have been attending your class 6 weeks now and really enjoying your class. I read/heard that if you do Pilates 2/3 times a week... You will feel the benefit after 6 weeks and after 12 weeks see the difference!!! Well I am definitely feeling more flex able and toned!! Today I realised that there are so many positions I can do with ease which 6 weeks ago we're impossible to do!!! Thank you Lorraine so much....roll on 12 weeks time!!

I have been attending Lorraine’s Over 50 Aqua Fit class at the Pavilions in Horsham for over seven years. Even after this time I still thoroughly enjoy her class. It is never the same & with the variety each week you do not have a chance to get bored. I always come away feeling that I have had a good workout & it is fun. Lorraine always encourages you to work at your level so you do not feel hopeless if you are unable to do any of the exercises. Everyone is very friendly & Lorraine certainly has a happy class.
