What is Life Coaching?
Life coaching, in simple terms is a process of helping people to move from where they are now to where they want to be or need to get to. It is a practical forward looking way for an individual to gain clarity on what they don’t like about their lives and what they can do about it. It is also a powerful support system to keep a person moving in the right direction.
Life coaching is a partnership designed to make use of knowledge, information and talents people bring to the solving process. Coaching provides a confidential, non-judgmental, impartial and completely personalised support structure that enables individuals to achieve far more than they ever would on their own.
