               COVID 19 UPDATE
26/2/21 UPDATE     coming out of National Lockdown

Hoping everyone is staying safe and healthy.

With the new announcements this week we are starting to make our way back to some sort of normality, from week beginning 17th May (subject to review) my Personal Training indoors sessions will resume and I am so looking forward to seeing my ladies and gents again. I am waiting to hear from my Governing body as to when my freelance face to face classes can start again, when I get a date I will let you know straight away. I am also waiting to hear from both Steyning and Horsham Leisure centres as to when classes will be able to start again.

So until then all my Zoom classes will be running through out the week,  Legs, Bum and Tums have been really popular . This class has a short warm up, then muscular exercise to focus on Legs, bottom and abdominals with a short stretching session at the end. 

I have taken this opportunity to record some Pilates classes and now have two playlists that have three 40 minute classes in each playlist, these can be seen on You Tube and cost £10.00 per playlist which gives you unlimited assess to the classes. Ideal if you cannot make a class or would like to do more than one class a week on Zoom.  If you are interested or want to know more then get in contact with me.  I look forward to hearing from you.  

 If you would like to join any of the classes below please get in contact with me and I will send you an invite.  All classes are 40 minutes long and cost £5 payable by BACS.

Monday 10 am/11am all Pilates
Tuesday 11am Legs/Bum and Tums
Tuesday 12.40pm Staying active/6pm/7pm and 8pm Pilates
Wednesday 6pm Legs/Bum and Tums
Thursday 6pm Pilates

Lorraine taught in the education system for 15 years, she then decided to branch out into the fitness industry 18 years ago.  She has continually updated her training to increase her knowledge on health and fitness.  Lorraine has been a Pilates practitioner for 17 years and is trained to an advanced level, specialising in helping clients with bad postures, back issues and other health related issues.

After losing 4 1/2 stone 21 years ago, Lorraine can empathise with people who are struggling with their weight and weight loss.  With her personal experience of weight loss and her extensive knowledge of Health & Fitness, she will motivate you to get to that target you never thought possible.

Lorraine currently works Freelance at Body Matters in Steyning, Steyning Leisure centre, Pavilions leisure centre Horsham, The Church Rooms at Southwater, St Cuthmans room Steyning and Sullington parish Hall. In September 2017 Lorraine started teaching a Fall prevention class in association with WSCC in Steyning.  During the rest of the week she visits clients in their homes for Specialist Personal Training.
