               COVID 19 UPDATE
9/1/22 UPDATE     restrictions lifted
Hoping everyone is staying safe and healthy.

There is currently no restriction on fitness classes or PT. My freelance classes are small and I have always had lots of space around each mat, so there is still some social distancing.  I will still be asking you to hand sanitise before you come into class and keep some distance between the other participants. I will still leave 20 minutes between classes for cleaning equipment for the next class. You are welcome to wear a mask upon entry to the building or rooms that the classes are run if you wanted, I shall be wearing mine when I need to correct during the class. 

Personal training sessions are now fully up and running, I will wear a mask if in close contact and there is no ventilation and sanitise all equipment that has been used at the end of the session. 

My Zoom classes are running  along side the face to face sessions,  Legs, Bum and Tums have been really popular . This class has a short warm up, then muscular exercise to focus on Legs, bottom and abdominals with a short stretching session at the end. There is also Pilates and Staying active classes, for more information contact me.

If you are unable to get to a class then I have Pilates classes on U-Tube, there are 3 playlists that have three 40 minute classes in each playlist, they cost £10.00 per playlist which gives you unlimited assess to the classes. Ideal if you cannot make a class or would like to do more than one class a week on Zoom.  If you are interested or want to know more then get in contact with me.  I look forward to hearing from you.  

 If you would like to join any of the classes below please get in contact with me and I will send you an invite.  All classes are 40 minutes long and cost £5 payable by BACS.

Monday 10 am/11am all Pilates
Wednesday 3pm - Staying active
Wednesday 6pm Legs/Bum and Tums
Thursday 6pm Pilates

Lorraine taught in the education system for 15 years, she then decided to branch out into the fitness industry 19 years ago.  She has continually updated her training to increase her knowledge on health and fitness.  Lorraine has been a Pilates practitioner for 18 years and is trained to an advanced level, specialising in helping clients with bad postures, back issues and other health related issues.

After losing 4 1/2 stone 22 years ago, Lorraine can empathise with people who are struggling with their weight and weight loss.  With her personal experience of weight loss and her extensive knowledge of Health & Fitness, she will motivate you to get to that target you never thought possible.

Lorraine currently works Freelance at Wiston Meeting Place Steyning, Steyning Leisure centre, Pavilions leisure centre Horsham, The Church Rooms at Southwater,  and Sullington parish Hall. In September 2017 Lorraine started teaching a Fall prevention class in association with WSCC in Steyning.  During the rest of the week she visits clients in their homes for Specialist Personal Training and teaches Pilates, Legs Bums and Tums, Staying Active on line classes via Zoom.
